‘Democracy’ v. ‘Republic’
We Got Change A Founding Father Predicted
Most Americans — including me until fairly recently — have no clear idea what a “republic” is, and most Americans probably think of it negatively because of the false use of the term by Rothschild-Communist countries, such as the former Soviet Union and its subsequent pieces.
Our fellow Americans are more likely to say that our country is a democracy instead of saying it’s a republic.
But consider these facts:
- The Declaration of Independence does not contain any form of the word “democracy.” And the U.S. Constitution does not contain any form of the word “democracy.”
- Those two vital documents contain only one instance of any form of the word “republic,” and that one is in the Constitution. It is in Article 4, Section 4. Here is the entire section:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
“Guarantee.”
So, what did the Founding Fathers mean by a “republican form of government”?
People whose job is to argue, and people whose mindset is to endlessly argue, are eager to distract us forever from clear understanding, progress, and solutions. Ignore them. In brevity and sincerity, we can say the following:
The Founding Fathers meant that a republic — and the union of those republics — strictly follows the Constitution on which that republic is founded. That’s it. The supreme law is the Constitution. We can never go against the Constitution. The Constitution can be changed but only by the specified procedures in the Constitution, and with very large majorities.
The “democracy” part, we can say, comes in the electing of representatives to handle the day-to-day business of governing. At no time is this democratic aspect to become a kind of mob rule nor to ever go against the Constitution. And that’s that.
And then some
Of course, we must never forget that “all men are created equal.” That’s a basic and vital Constitutional principle. The Constitution protects each individual. And our nation has made clear that “all men” includes women and all races or ethnicities.
For further clarity, let’s put a few more ideas down in writing here.
- The people, by way of the Constitution, have told the government what it can do, and the government has no power to go beyond what the people have specifically said.
- The people elect representatives, each temporary, to gather with other representatives and do the proper activities that the people have specified.
- The government is to protect each person — since “all men are created equal.”
- At no time is the government to be more powerful than the people.
- When the people are dissatisfied with the performance of their representatives and anyone else employed by their representatives in public service, the people can make changes, partial or complete.
- And the government has no right nor authority to fight for its self-preservation against the expressed desire of the people.
Therefore, as the Constitution promised, every state was to have the “republic” form of government, and the federal government (the national government now headquartered in Washington, D.C.) must guarantee it. We are a republic of republics.
Ben Franklin’s warning about ‘change’
At the meeting of the Philadelphia Constitutional Convention of 1787, where the purpose was to write and agree on a Constitution, Franklin said that he agreed with George Washington in regard to “the Jews”. Franklin explained (emphasis added):
If you do not exclude them from these United States, in this Constitution, in less than 200 years they will have swarmed in such great numbers that they will dominate and devour the land, and change our form of government, for which we Americans have shed our blood, given our lives, our substance and jeopardized our liberty.
If you do not exclude them, in less than 200 years our descendants will be working in the fields to furnish them sustenance, while they will be in the counting houses rubbing their hands. I warn you, Gentlemen, if you do not exclude the Jews for all time, your children will curse you in your graves. Jews, Gentlemen, … are a menace to this country if permitted entrance and should be excluded by this Constitution.
(Said by Benjamin Franklin, in 1787, as quoted in the diary of General Charles Pinckney of Charleston, S.C.) [Verification of the Pinckney diary here.]
By the way, the word “Jew” was created in English in the middle 1700s and was known to Bible readers and otherwise well-read people by 1787, which Franklin certainly was.
Franklin was right, wasn’t he? The Rothschild-funded and -directed “Jews” have changed our form of government, and they are sitting in their banks and rubbing their hands in glee.
So, why didn’t the Founding Fathers exclude the “Jews”? It’s easy to imagine one of the main arguments: “We’ve already declared in the Declaration of Independence that ‘All Men Are Created Equal’ except for the slaves. So, how would it look if we now declare, ‘All Men are created equal except for the slaves and except for the Jews?’ “
But now we know the Founding Fathers should have inserted a safeguard against the conspiring Jews’ traitorous criminality — and all such criminality. A safeguard would be the banning of secrecy in government and banking, and perhaps in all of business.
For further reading, this book 1001 Quotes By And About Jews (free) is recommended. Start at the bottom to see the most entertaining section first. See for yourself the many statements by dozens of world leaders and authors through history who have warned of the Jews. And see for yourself the many self-incriminating statements by Jews through history. Of course, our schools and major media won’t offer such knowledge except when tarring the truth with the false charge of “anti-semitism.” (Look up the word “semite,” if necessary, to expose the absurdity of “anti-semitism.” Also see the Footnote, below.)
Republic, to Democracy, to Monarchy
As Franklin warned they would, the “Jews” have changed our form of government. Our country was founded as a republic. But the Jews, through their ownership of all the major media, major publishers, wealthiest academic institutions, and top politicians, changed nearly all mentions in public of our form of government from “republic” to “democracy.” They don’t even say “representative democracy.” They just say “democracy,” which is wrong. Why?
It’s wrong to say we have a simple “democracy” because, in fact, the Constitution guarantees a republic, which is somewhat different. Here’s the difference and why it’s important: The propaganda that says we have a simple “democracy” has led people to believe that the Constitution can be ignored by a simple majority vote of “the people.” But in truth, the Constitution must never be ignored. The Constitution must always be followed to the best of our ability.
The Constitution has been ignored for a long time, not only by the ignorant “majority,” but also by the criminal majorities in Congress and by every Rothschild-puppet president in our lifetimes. And there lies the proof that we actually live under the boot of a monarchy, in which each president re-declares the never-ending state of “war” and “emergency” that allows him to rule as a king. But the president is a puppet king who obeys, under threat of murder, the directives of the true and secret monarch — the current male head of the Rothschild family.
Reclaim Republic
Perhaps it goes without saying that our country was founded without political parties. But parties soon formed. They were instigated by Founding Traitors such as Alexander Hamilton to divide influential Americans into never-ending infighting. And today, we have the “Republican” Party, daily dragging the vital word “republic” through the sewer.
Words in the Declaration and in the Constitution are our words, and we ought reclaim them. Words such as “truths,” “equal,” and “republic.” Let’s use them with pride and principle as we reject all the damage brought to them by the Democrats, Republicans, “Jews,” and Rothschilds.
We had a republic. It was established by our Founding Fathers. It falls on us — you and me — to re-establish it.

Footnote. The following is from the book 1001 Quotes By And About Jews.
“Ever since the Jews invented the libel charge of ‘anti-Semitism’ in the 1880s (the word ‘anti-Semitism’ was first printed in 1880,’ according to The Jewish Encyclopedia, Vol. I, 1901, p.641), it has been built up with Jewish money, organizations, propaganda, and lies (such as the Holocaust – Holohoax), so that now the word is like snake venom which paralyzes one’s nervous system. Even the mention of the word ‘Jew’ is shunned unless used in a most favorable and positive context.” (Charles A. Weisman, Who is Esau-Edom?, p.63).

JEW means Semite like CATHOLIC means Swedish.
Simple terms. Keep it simple. A wrench into their machine.
Jonathan Turley wisely noted, “Anyone who believes there are 2 parties in Washington DC is a fool.”
One Party /Two Faces – both serve the Rothschilds.
I’m with you bro. What is the next step? Have you registered as a write-in-candidate in each state? Our write-in votes for you will not be counted unless you have registered with each state. That is why we could not vote for Ron Paul — he dropped out and did not rester as a write-in.
Thank you, Russ!
Next month with be our one-year anniversary, and at that time we intend to publish an article about the Next Steps.
One of those steps will be to ask people to search the write-in laws of their state and report the gist of it with links. We’ll verify, compile, and post the vital aspects of law for each state.
Other steps are to start sign-up lists. Probably two. One for general support, to show the popularity of our effort — or lack thereof. And one for Core Group volunteers.
So, Russ, if you haven’t yet, please read the Core Group page of this website.
We need an alternative to Jew-controlled youtube.
The link to “Secret Of Oz” does not work. Can you host videos on your own website “equalpartyusa”? How do I send an email to you without it being posted for all to see?
Agreed.
1. Ahh, thanks for the broken-link report. I’ve found and linked two different sources.
2. Hosting videos. Here on this free WordPress platform, I think hosting videos would quickly send us out of the “free” category. But hosting videos, and live streaming, is our intent for next year. That’s a financial and technological nut yet to be cracked.
3. Email. If you want me to send an email to you to get started, then please reply to this comment here, and I’ll use the email address you provide. Of course, I have the email address you’ve already provided, but your new request will confirm that I can use it.
But I need to say more about email:
1. I don’t consider email private. I think our enemies can access our email anytime they please, and they’ll use excerpts (true or twisted) against us if we gain popularity.
2. In that vein, I also reserve the right to publish any email I receive. And anybody has the right to publish any email I send to them. I only hope they’ll do so fairly. For example, I’ve published parts of my emails with Kay Miller Pollard Griggs on this site.
3. I don’t like secrecy. And I think if we embark on secrecy, it’ll only hurt us. Therefore, I prefer everything to be out in the open, here on the website.
4. That said, if you, Russ, or anyone, wants to email me, leave a reply comment here with that request, and then I’ll send an email to you.
Meanwhile, I should give some more thought to a special email account. Thus far, I’ve been using my normal, quite old, yahoo email account. Spam, and other attacks, is the concern.
I would like to email my phone # to you. That is why I do not want it to be posted as a comment for everyone to see.
Also, I called the Registrar of Voters a few years ago and confirmed that only write-in candidates who have registered with each state will be tallied. Were you aware of this? For example, Ron Paul did not register as a write-in candidate in California; therefore, no write-in votes for Ron Paul were tallied — none. As I recall there was some kind of a fee for registering as a write-in candidate as well.
I suggest that you do a Google search using the following words: “Registrar of Voters” + the state and + county that you live in or are from.
P.S. Are you still in Vietnam?
Hi Russ.
That’s good advice on checking the write-in laws for each state. I hope our readers will start doing that now. Last year, I did it in regard to the Michigan laws (I was born in Michigan and still consider it my “homestate”) after a helpful reader — a Green politician there — offered the advice.
Yes, I’m still in Vietnam. The “About” page here is still current about me. Job, finances, location, etc.
Now, I will send you an email using the address you provided behind your comment. But don’t expect me to phone you. At this moment, I don’t see why I’d phone someone I don’t know. I like the record of emails. Also, I consider phone calls as private as emails — which is NOT.
Remember this, please: I and this Equal Party effort are models of openness. Secrecy greatly helped kill the republic our Founding Fathers gave us. Secrecy would be poison to our effort, too, sooner or later.
I decided to set up a new email account.
Oddly enough, yahoo wouldn’t let me. I tried adjusting the info several times, and yahoo kept saying there was a “problem” but didn’t tell me what the problem was. Perhaps it’s related to the fact that they blocked me from commenting on yahooNews last year.
So, I set up a new account in gmail, though I prefer the yahoo interface.
Here it is, for everybody. To avoid automated spam, I’ll provide it this way:
jamesXlaffreyYequalpartyZusa AT gmail.com
So, remove the X Y Z and insert the @ and scrunch it all together!

To Russ: Also, oddly, wordpress’s system didn’t put your latest comment into my inbox yet, so I don’t know if you’ve provided a different email address. I’m using the address from your first comment above. Sending an email now.
I just called the Registrar of Voters again. They will call or email to me the amount of the fee to register as a write-in candidate in the State of California. The department of the government that you would register with is the Secretary-of-State of California. The Registrar of Voters that I spoke with asked if it were a candidate for a political party — she said that it makes a difference in the fee amount. Also, she said that the political party has to be “qualified,” whatever that means.
The point to all of this is that if you don’t comply with these rules, and register in each state, then votes for you will not be tallied even if millions of voters write-in your name. You would probably need to hire an attorney that specializes in this kind of thing — perhaps that is why so many politicians are attorneys. And, how are you going to accomplish registering in each state from Vietnam? And, where will the money come from to pay the registration fees and other expense?
The more I think about this, the more it appears to me that we must join forces with other pro-goy, pro-gentile, pro-nonjew political groups. The problem then is: if the platform of a political party does NOT explicitly oppose Jewish-power, then Jews will infiltrate and subvert it against us; on the other hand, if the platform of a political party DOES explicitly oppose Jewish-power then Jews will attack it with slanders like: “Jew-haters,” “anti-semites,” “Nazis,” or “terrorists,” and because Jews control the press, our truth-speech will be drowned out by a deluge of Jewish lies and slander.
These problems are real and must be addressed if anyone for our cause is going to win an election.
Thanks very much for your effort thus far, Russ. And you’ve raised points of interest for readers, so I’ll reply to them all, in the order that you raised them.
1. Calling the Registrar. Preferably, your final result will be from looking at the law (not depending on what people say over the phone). And we need a link to the state’s online write-in law material, if possible.
2. I don’t think there’s a requirement to be in a party — registered or not. If they have such a requirement, it’s blatantly unconstitutional. But we’ll see what the laws say in each state and take it from there.
3. Hire attorneys to do something that should be simple for all citizens? That’s part of the system we must overthrow.
4. If our effort gets traction, I intend to return to the USA quickly. Yes, I am offering myself as one of the hundreds of candidates we need. I’m putting myself on the line. But I haven’t announced for which position. Whoever our president and vice president candidates will be, they will have to register (if necessary) in each state. Our candidates for Senate and the House of Representatives will only have to register (if necessary) in their own states.
5. Where will the money come from for the registration fees, if necessary? From each of us as candidates and supporters of this movement. As individuals, we’ll do what we can, and we’ll help each other. I expect those fees to be relatively small.
6. Joining forces. My view is that we don’t “join” with others. But they may join with us if they agree to support our Platform.
7. Jews. I have been careful and accurate in referring to Jews. Very many Jews are part of the criminal network, but some are not. We’re anti-criminals, and as it happens a large proportion of so-called Jews have criminally conspired together in many countries through history, including ours. Those are facts. Surely we’ll be attacked. Being attacked as “anti-semitic” is both stupid and not to be feared. It’s stupid because of the actual meaning of “semite.” And it’s not to be feared because I think millions of people are waking up to these facts. Media attacks against us would be publicity FOR us.
I have a tentative idea — if needed — in regard to Jews in our movement. We might set a limit, a percent, the same as the percent of Jews in our country’s population. Officially, that’s a small number. (But I’m sure that number is a lie. I’m sure there are many Jews in our country who lie about it, just as so many Jews have changed their names to hide their race/ethnicity.)
Thanks again, Russ. Oh, btw, I received your email. I’m looking forward to your report on the California law, with link!
The Registrar of Voters emailed me and told me to contact the California Secretary of State to find out how much the fee is to register as a write-in candidate.
